What is eSangha?

eSangha is an advanced meditation class that meets once a week on Google Hangout, a group video chat forum. This ninety-minute class consists of Q&A related to meditation, Dharma, and other similar topics. There are semi-regular 6-week intro classes for people wishing to join eSangha, as well.  For more information, visit eSangha's webpage.

What is an 'eSangha Retreat'?

Tucker periodically teaches meditation retreats, which are the best way to deepen your practice.  Retreats involve an extended period of Noble Silence, meaning that there’s very little talking, activity, or distraction.  During these retreats, you will be able to maximize the amount of time each day that you spend meditating.

What others have to say about Tucker Peck

Tucker Peck is both bright and wise. He has a great talent for taking classical psychotherapeutic and meditative insights and making them real for our time and concerns. He is also a lot of fun.”

– Sharon Salzberg, New York Times bestselling author of Real Happiness

My old friend Tucker Peck combines in one person the best of two worlds. As a scientist, his presentations are precise and respectful of the beautiful complexities of the subject matter. But also as a human being, he’s very real about manifesting his personality–sharing challenges as well as breakthroughs.

–Shinzen Young, Author of The Science of Enlightenment

Tucker has spent many years studying Buddhism and practicing meditation, and he relays his deep knowledge of these subjects in a way that is both relatable and funny. As a teacher, he is able to maintain a pragmatic approach to the path while still honoring Buddhist tradition, threading the needle between these world views without being dry or dogmatic. Tucker is not afraid to speak his mind, but is always very diplomatic in his approach and will always have a kind word for those who need it. His fun and light teaching method resonates well with his students.

– Upasaka Culadasa, author of The Mind Illuminated
