This is a beautiful practice which involves reviewing our actions words and thoughts over the past 2 weeks. We take time to regret those actions that may have hurt
others around us or don’t reflect the kind of person we want to be. We make a promise to ourselves not to engage in these actions for a period of time to allow ourselves to create new habits.
Then we rejoice in the good, kind actions we have done and set an intention for how we’d like to behave for the next two weeks. The ceremony is followed by popcorn, conversation, and hot cocoa in the cooler months.
